August 11, 2011 was National 811 Day. One of the ways Shell participated in National 811 Day was through the tailgate wraps of company vehicles. These tailgate wraps serve as an important reminder to each and every one of us to spend a few minutes to spread the word about damage prevention. It also reminds passerby to call 811 at least 48 hours prior to any digging or excavation.It is important to keep our communities safe. Shell takes great pride in protecting the pipe, the people and the environment.
