These vinyl banners can be printed with almost any graphic you can imagine including photographs, text and custom graphic designs. They can also be fabricated in any size. The vinyl media comes in large rolls up to 72″ wide, and longer than a football field. For banners that need to exceed these dimensions, panels can be sewn together to create the required finished size.
The vinyl banner materials come in different weights and finishes, each of which is meant for different applications. Indoor banners or banners intended for a very short term use can often be printed on lighter weight materials than outdoor banners. If your banner is going to be displayed directly at eye level you may prefer a smoother finish on your banner material than one that will hang several stories above a crowd.
For outdoor banners, it is important to consider reinforced hems with webbing and wind slits, particularly if your banner needs to be displayed for several weeks or months. An improperly manufactured and installed banner can act as a sail and can even topple over light posts or fences! If heavy winds are an issue, mesh vinyl banners that allow air and winds to completely pass through are a great solution.
