Trade Show Graphics “Boothtique” Long Beach CA

Trade show graphics by Iconography Studios. We are proud to have designed, produced and installed the graphics for Denso’s new trade show “Boothtique,” which debuted at the AAPEX show in Las Vegas, NV.

This 40’x40′ booth was fabricated and assembled at EXPO3 International in Garden Grove, CA. The graphics were designed by Iconography Studios and produced in-house in our large format digital print department. Once the graphics were printed and laminated, they were installed on the booth structure. The both was then disassembled so that it could be transported to its first debut show in Las Vegas NV, where it was reassembled as seen below. The structure will be getting a new design installed on its facade for another show in January.

Trade show booth design and production is simple when you work with the experts at Iconography Studios. Our art department works with your in-house team or agency to turn your existing branding and materials into a compelling display. We can also create conceptual designs from scratch, as we did with the overall graphics for the entire Denso booth structure.

Trade Show Graphics Display

Once designs are finalized, they are printed on the highest quality materials using only OEM inks in our Roland large format printers for the utmost in quality color output. The prints are then finished with a UV film overlaminate to protect against minor scratches and general wear and tear.

Trade Show Graphics and Design Trends

Trade show booth designs are shifting from static displays toward immersive, narrative-driven environments that prioritize emotional connection, sustainability, and high-tech personalization.

  • Immersive & Multi-Sensory Design: Exhibitors are moving beyond visual-only displays to engage all five senses to create lasting memories.
    • Scent Branding: Subtle use of brand-aligned scents like citrus for energy or cedar for stability to influence attendee mood.
    • Soundscapes: Integration of ambient audio, directional speakers, or branded playlists to set a specific tone.
    • Tactile Textures: Use of physical materials like fabric walls, biophilic green walls, and embossed displays that invite visitors to touch and explore.
    • Interactive 4D/5D Booths: Environments that respond dynamically to visitor movement or use sensory cues to tell a story.
  • Sustainable & Modular Architecture: Sustainability has evolved from a niche preference to a core strategic requirement.
    • Eco-Friendly Materials: Booths are increasingly built using recycled aluminum frames, bamboo hardware, FSC-certified wood, and eco-inks.
    • Reconfigurable Modular Systems: Reusable designs that can be easily scaled or adapted for different show footprints (e.g., 10×10 to 40×40), reducing waste and long-term costs.
    • Digital Over Physical: Using QR codes and digital catalogs instead of printed brochures to minimize physical waste and improve lead tracking.
  • Tech-Integrated Experiences: Advanced technology is now seamlessly blended into the booth structure rather than just added as a feature.
    • AI-Powered Personalization: AI concierge kiosks and engagement stations that greet visitors, answer FAQs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on attendee input.
    • Dynamic LED Signage: Motion-triggered content and multi-story LED towers that change messaging based on audience flow or time of day.
    • “Selfie Architecture”: Intentionally designed structures with layered backdrops, oversized props, and studio-quality lighting specifically made for social media sharing.
    • Phygital Demos: Merging physical products with digital overlays via Augmented Reality (AR) to allow visitors to customize products virtually.
  • Human-Centric & “Conversion-Ready” Layouts: Modern layouts focus on flow and comfort to facilitate deeper business conversations.
    • Organic Modern Style: A blend of clean minimalist lines with warm, natural elements like wood and greenery to create a calm, inviting presence.
    • Zoned Navigation: Intentional layouts that guide visitors from an “attraction zone” to a “demo zone” and finally to a “meeting zone” for lead qualification.
    • Comfort Lounges: Inclusion of semi-private conversation pods, sofas, and charging stations to encourage longer dwell times and meaningful engagement.
    • Accessibility-First Design: Ensuring universal access with wide pathways, ramps, and inclusive sensory design to welcome all attendees equally
