Business Lobby Signs for International Registries

Business lobby signs by Iconography Studios. We are proud to have designed and installed these stunning lobby signs and etched vinyl window treatments for International Registries, located in Long Beach, CA.

Your business and lobby signage is possibly the most important first impression that your business can make – so it is important that it looks great and is a true reflection of your company. A great business lobby sign is crucial because it creates a powerful first impression, immediately establishing professionalism and credibility the moment a client walks in. It reinforces brand identity, acts as a silent ambassador to convey company values, aids in navigation, and transforms a plain, blank space into a welcoming, branded environment.

Business Lobby Signs

This lobby sign is constructed of individual dimensional letters fabricated from 1/4″ thick PVC and finished with a brushed aluminum laminate. The bar below the sign with the tag line is constructed the same way, but the lettering is added on top of the aluminum laminate in cut vinyl. This gives the look of a high-price tag sign without thee high price tag.

The window graphic is fabricated from etched vinyl material, which is machine cut to include the client’s logo, and then applied directly to the window of the client’s conference room. The etched vinyl material comes in many different subtle patterns, from very smooth frosted to dusted and crystal patterns. The frosted vinyl material can then be cut into just about any pattern you chose, including your logo, fonts or other custom graphics.

What Are Options For Business Lobby Signs?

Options for business lobby signs vary widely in type, material, and style, with common choices including dimensional letters, illuminated signs, and flat panels made from materials like acrylic, metal, and wood. Combining other elements like etched vinyl and logo applications on glass windows and walls enhances your lobby. The best choice depends on your brand image, budget, and desired aesthetic.

Types of Business Lobby Signs

  • Dimensional Letters: These use thick, individually-cut letters made from materials like foam, acrylic, or metal to create a 3D, professional look that adds depth to a space.
  • Illuminated Signs: Incorporate LED or other lighting for a modern, eye-catching effect, with options for backlighting (halo effect), front-lighting, or edge-lighting.
  • Flat Panel Signs: These are often made of a single panel of material, such as acrylic or aluminum composite, with graphics or lettering applied directly or as a overlay.
  • Vinyl Graphics: A cost-effective solution, vinyl can be used for custom logos, text, or frosted privacy films on walls, windows, and doors.
  • Digital Displays: For a dynamic and versatile option, digital signs can display real-time information, promotions, company news, and performance metrics.

Common Materials For Business Lobby Signs

  • Acrylic: A versatile, durable, and affordable material that can mimic the look of glass and is suitable for a modern, sleek appearance.
  • Metal: Materials like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, or bronze offer a high-end, premium feel and are very durable.
  • Wood: Provides a warm, natural, or rustic aesthetic, ideal for brands that want to convey an organic feel.
  • Glass: Offers an elegant, minimalist look, often combined with metal hardware for a sophisticated presentation.

Key Considerations When Choosing a Business Lobby Sign

  • Branding: Ensure the sign uses your brand’s colors, logo, and typography consistently to reinforce your identity.
  • Space and Proportion: The sign’s size should match the wall or reception area without overwhelming the space.
  • Lighting: Consider existing light levels and whether an illuminated sign or external spotlighting is needed for optimal visibility.
  • Budget: Costs vary significantly by material and complexity, from budget-friendly vinyl to more premium metal and glass options
