This custom window graphic design incorporates the company’s logo with additional graphics and store information. The final files were digitally printed on our Roland large format digital printer in full color on an opaque window film vinyl, then laminated for durability. In addition to advertising and signage, this film provides a second purpose for our customer, which was to prevent passerby from seeing in.
The UV laminate that is added to the film after it is printed helps to protect the prints against fading from the sun, as well as from damage due to moisture or other elements.
Having window graphics designed and installed is easy. Here are the basic steps:
1. Measurements. In order to create your graphic window display, we will need accurate measurements of the windows that are to be covered. You can do this yourself, or we can send someone out to measure your location. Once we have accurate measurements, we are able to build a design template to create your graphic design layout.
2. Design. Our in-house graphics design team can create something for you from scratch, or we can layout artwork or other items you may have to fit your windows. As with all projects done by Iconography Studios, a proof will be sent to you for review and approval. You always have the option to make changes to your proofs. Once a final proof is approved, we will begin printing your window graphics.
3. Production. This stage involves printing, laminating and trimming your graphics to prepare them for installation. Your project manager will discuss with you the best material for your application. The perforated window-film, or one-way film, comes in varying degrees of coverage. You can also chose an opaque film if complete privacy is an issue.
4. Installation. Our skilled and certified graphics installation team will expertly apply your graphics to your windows. All installations done by Iconography Studios are guaranteed against lifting, peeling, bubbling or other failure for one year from the date of installation.
