Our custom hard hat decals are made from the same high performance 3M vinyls with UV laminates that we use for our vehicle wraps, so the decals easily conform to the curves of the hard hats and they stay put! The high performance, ultra-durable, 3M vinyl is made for all weather conditions, will look great for years, and is also easy to remove when it is time to update the graphics.

What Are the Different Types of Hard Hats?

Other differences include their color, signifying job roles on a worksite, the material they’re made from, such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and their fit and comfort, with suspension systems providing a snug fit and space from the head.
Are There Federal Regulations for Hard Hats?
Yes, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has federal regulations for hard hats, which primarily require employers to provide protective headgear that meets ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standards, such as ANSI Z89.1. These regulations apply to workers in general industry (29 CFR 1910.135) and construction (29 CFR 1926.100) environments where there is a potential for head injury from falling objects, impacts, or electrical shock. Employers must ensure that appropriate types and classes of hard hats are used based on the specific workplace hazards.
