Mini Cooper custom stripes offer a way to personalize your car with various styles like classic racing stripes, pinstripes, or unique graphic designs, available as pre-cut kits from sites like eBay and Amazon, or professionally designed and installed by specialists like Iconography Studios for a perfect, durable finish using high-quality vinyl. Options range from simple two-tone hood stripes to full body graphics, with customization available for color, border, and pattern, often using long-lasting, weather-resistant materials.
All of our vehicle graphics, including racing stripes, custom decals and full wraps, are fabricated from the highest quality 3M, Oracal or Avery vehicle films. These films come in a wide range of stock colors, or we can custom print the color of your choice on one of our large format digital printers. All of our printed films are finished with a matching UV overlaminate to protect the print from fading and minor scratches.

If you purchased stripes or other decals online, and just need them installed, we can usually help with that too. Be sure to purchase high quality materials such as 3M’s IJ180 or 1080 series films. Some places will try to sell you cheaper vinyls, which are made for signs and while they will work well on flat surfaces, they are nearly impossible to install correctly on curvy vehicle surfaces such as bumpers, spoilers and fenders.
Installation Process – DIY vs. Professional:
DIY is more cost-effective (kits can be found online for around $25-$40) but installation requires patience and precision. Mistakes can result in bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment. It is recommended to use a soapy water solution for application, allowing for repositioning before squeegeeing the water out.
Professional installation ensures a high-quality, flawless finish and often comes with a warranty. We offer a full one-year installation warranty against any bubbling or lifting. It is more expensive but the results are superior, especially for complex designs, including alignment of stripes.
Surface Preparation: We thoroughly clean your car’s surface to remove any wax, dirt, or debris before application, as any imperfections will likely be visible under the decal. Basic tools for installation include a spray bottle (with water and a few drops of dish soap), a squeegee with a soft edge, a lint-free cloth, a heat gun for ensuring adhesion over compound curves, and a razor knife for trimming when necessary.
