1. Design – first, you need to know what message you want to deliver with your mobile billboard. Whether your objective is overall branding and awareness, or promotion of a specific product or service, the important thing to remember with mobile advertising is to keep it simple. Overly complex designs, too many conflicting colors, and too much text are common mistakes made my inexperienced designers. Save the detail for your website.
2. Production – once a design is completed and approved, your mobile billboard needs to be printed and laminated. Depending on the size of the project, this can take 3-5 business days in general. The design is first printed on one of our large formal digital printers. The prints are then left to dry for a full day before they are finished with a laminate film to protect them against fading and minor scratches.
3. The final phase is installation of the graphics on your vehicle. Again, depending on the size of the project, vehicle graphics can be installed in a day to several days. We strongly recommend installation of graphics at one of our clean, indoor facilities. Due to size constraints or fleet volumes, sometimes this is not possible. An indoor facility is preferable, as is a temperate climate.
