The vehicle wrap and design experts at Iconography are proud to have designed, produced and installed this stunning graphic wrap on a Porsche GT Cup car for Mueller Engineering, located in Los Angeles, CA.
Our client, who is actually a bona fide rocket scientist, wanted the graphics on his Porsche GT Cup Car to reflect a specific image of CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulation of turbulent flow in air, which very much applies to racing! We took this image of CFD and cropped it to fit on the car as you see below. We also created the Mueller Engineering logo which was added to the vehicle on top of the graphic image, along with other sponsor identification.
As with all of our graphic wraps, this design was then printed onto 3M’s vehicle grade vinyl wrap material, and finished with a UV laminate to protect against sun fading and minor scratches.
