Iconography was referred to me by The Abbey Company as their approved sign vendor for our first Maxum Petroleum sign. I didn’t have a choice, but I was pleasantly surprised at what a great experience our organization had working with James and his team.
First, I was impressed that James took the time to come out and meet me. He discussed the different options – even recommending the least expensive option because it would fit our needs best. He also went over the pros and cons of the placement, etc. Also, since we are working on a “Corporate” branding initiative, we have a lot of very specific guidelines that we need to follow. The Iconography team was very receptive to working within these parameters.
Also, I was so impressed by how they handled everything from the production of our sign to the permits to the installation that I recommended James and his team to our VP of Operations. Currently, we are using Iconography for several projects – including one that is out of state.
My second experience working with Iconography went even better than the first. The President of my division was adamant that we get the entire signage – which included almost a dozen signs – on our dock at Terminal Island changed within two weeks. James and his team worked diligently to make this happen – even when they hit some speed bumps – they put in the extra mile to make sure that the project was done on time. They also took a lot of pride in their work and I continue to be blown away by the amazing job they do on a consistent basis.
